"No one can defeat you except yourself"

Very true indeed

I was defeated by myself today on court

It was really heart breaking that I wasn't of any help to the team at all

I could not do a simple passing

My attack was not effective as before

Even my defense was terrible

Using the word "lousy" to describe myself is just an insult to the vocab

Speechless for myself

Speechless for my performance

I have let my teammates who had been trusting me so much down

Find a reason to get my feet up on the ground?

pathetically

there is none...

Seriously I don't have the ability or quality

to fight for the libero position in the national team

I ain't sad

But disappointed...

The 2009 MVP medal is nothing but a piece of glass displaying on my shelf

What a shame...
