Yeah! We did more than one triangle for our last training!
2.4km run + 5km row = SHIOK!!!
My arms weren't aching but my neck was.
Muahaha~
Am having so much fun rowing now

C Divison Boys tourny finally over
Hope the boys have learnt something from the games
God, bless the kids with strength and power
to overcome the fear in them
to have more confidence and believe in themselves
to excel in their studies and volleyball
One obstacle after another
I know it's a test from You
I will be strong and guide the boys through their 6 years in DHS

龙舟悲剧已经发生快有两个月了心里还是觉得有点沉重
看到这张图片跟令人鼻酸
希望悲剧从来都未发生过
心里头总觉得怪怪的

真不希望再有类似的惨案再发生

My 4th training with the CCWA Dragon Boat Team
They are all cool people
A group of friendly and hilarious guys
Not like what others have commented on them
I hope others will have a different prospect on them
They are really not those "ya-ya-papaya" people
Enjoy the training so far even though it was tough during the first two sessions
I'm loving it~!
So "paiseh" to Daryl today
Given you so many scratches on your back
And showered you with sea water
My apology~ =p
Thanks to Yang Fei for reminding me each time to straighten my left arm
Really appreciate it!

We were both famished & exhausted after the dragon boat training

I never know the taxi fare has increased so much compared to last year
Took a taxi back from Chinatown this afternoon
It was only a 4 minutes ride and the fare came out to S$7.30
Other than the taxi fare, there's another surcharge
Which is the City Area Charge (S$3)!!!
So it's S$4.30(taxi fare) + S$3 (CAC) = S$7.30
WOW!!! That's REALLY FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!
What's going on with all these increment?!
It's really absurd!!
*PISSED OFF*
And what pissed me even more is the lousy driver!!!
I hate drivers who are dishonest
I don't mind giving them a few more cents
But do they have to cheat for it?
I was on my way to Vivocity and when I got there
The fare was 5bucks exactly
so I gave him S$6 and waiting for him to give me back my change
While he was getting me my change, the fare jumped another 20cents
Which the fare now is S$5.20!
So he returned 80cents to me instead of a dollar
They are already earning so much and yet still want to be so dishonest!
I have gotten down the car number and lodged a complaint
I hope City Cab will give me a good explaination
And I'm also gonna demand back my 20 cents!
It's not about the money
just that i don't feel happy giving him that 20cents!

But now it has gone
Welcome 2008
New year new start in life
Let leave all the unhappiness and sorrow behind
2007 ended with grievous 'cos we lost 5 promising young chaps with us
This period of time was tough for the Singaporeans
But it's tougher for the deceased families
God, I pray to you...
Please bless the 5 families with strength to move on with life
It's hard for a mother to lose a son
God, please bless them with your loving heart
May the heroes rest in peace!
I wanna thank God for blessing each and everyone of us
And forgiving us the sinners with His gracious love
In spite of what we had happened in 2007
We have passed through another test given by God
May we continue to learn from our mistakes
And become a stronger and better person
To my Friends and my Loved Ones
