It's awesome!

Nice suite

I like the bathroom
can see through the glass

Nice view from the hotel room

Nice swimming pool, too!
Can tan and look at planes. =D

Felt damn lethargic the whole afternoon and during dinner
But I'm having problem sleeping now...
Muscles aching all over my back, shoulders and arms
Did weights last night over the last 30mins of training
Coach told us to carry the volleyball pole
Goodness...almost dislocated my right shoulder!
Luckily still able to finish all the sets given
But after that both my arms were numb
Legs were aching too 'cos 3/4 of the training last night was spiking
I'm enjoying the training so far even though it's getting tougher each time
I must say age is really catching up
Have to maintain my stamina or else hard to secure my position in the team.

Had a sumptuous feast just now at Summer Palace, Regent Hotel
The peking roasted duck is really yummilicious!
I think that's the only dish i like through out the whole dinner.

Going rowing in another 3 hours time
Gonna be zombified the whole day since I didn't really sleep much
Hopefully I don't fall off from my boat. =p

Singapore Open starting on Friday 1st August!
Marv's mood now = EXCITED

First training cum selection
One of the lucky ones that survived through the training
30 over people turned up
and half of the strength was cut off at the end of the day

Went out with Raph today
We went on a shopping spree around Orchard
Then to gym, Fitness First @ Paragon
Tried out the Body Pump Class
Almost died half way through...
Then met Fei Fei, Nicky and Aaron for dinner at Wheellock
So nice of Nicky to send us back home safely *Muahaha~*
See you guys on Sunday rowing!

Went to CK at Wisma Club 21 and there was a 50% sale
Bought this shirt @ S$135
Damn cheap, lah~

Also bought a Agnes B wallet
With 10% discount
Which means i paid S$125 for it
*cheap cheap*

And a Agnes B handphone strip...

Wanted to get my BB 战士
But this month already over spent
Probably gotta wait till next month
It's one whole set
Think gonna cost me around 100 bucks to collect them all
Or is there any kind soul out there wanna get it for me?!

Anybody wants to have dinner with me in the cable car?
This is damn cool, lah

National Training starting this Friday
Gonna be very busy with all the training and work
Hopefully i can manage it well
Have faith in myself!

Took a ferry, by the name of Penguin, from HarbourFront to Batam Island
45mins journey

I did a full body massage and scrub
Damn nice, can!

Damn shiok, lah...

How i wish to have a house like this in the future
Must save enough money
And hopefully to strike Toto or Big Sweep!
*Muahaha~*

But then Batam is a place you won't wanna stay there for long
Just an island with one shopping mall
And the shopping mall sells nothing, other than nice indonesian fried chicken!
The food not bad tho...but just can't stay there for long. =x
