Very very sick today...
Gastric pain pain the whole day
Trained half way then gotta tell coach to excuse me from training
Couldn't continue as the pain was unbearable
We did diving and back court attack today
I felt so terrible that my legs became jelly the whole night
I can see the improvement in me after the past weeks' training
But stamina still quite bad
Need to run more to get back my stamina...
Watched Olympics Women's Volleyball Prelims match
Kinda disappointed with the Japanese women for their lousy performance
when they played again the USA women
They used to be very fast in their covering and supposely good in the defence
Their performance was really below my expectation
Russia is another gone case
Got thrashed by Brazil and Italy
They were the 1st runner up in the last Olympics
Looks like Russia is not fated to get into the semi this time
The top-3 for the women's should be China, Cuba and Brazil
And maybe USA 4th...
Quarter finals for Singapore open on Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday
Hope to get good draw
Aiming for final again this year

Singapore Open finally Started....
Played against Temasek Poly, St.Hildas Sec Sch and Synergy
Won 3-0 for all the matches so far
Don't really think that I have play well
And it seems like i'm getting from bad to worse
My service was extremly bad today
5 jump serve but only 1 ball went over
The rest went straight into the net...
*Disappointed*
Still surviving in the National Team
If i continue to play like shit
Guess sooner or later i will be the next one to get kick out
Forcing myself to get my ass to the gym twice a week to work out
Its either do or die now...
