A Division Tourny over...
Lost to Anderson, Anglo-Chinese and Tampines Junior College
Two words to describe my feeling now
DISAPPOINTMENT and LOUSY
Disappointed in myself for not preparing them enough for the tourny
Lousy 'cos i have failed to advance the team to quarter finals

We would have won ACJC and TPJC
But lack of mental preparation and experience
We lost
What have i not done that could help them to do better on court?
I always thought that i'm better than others
Thus, my team would be like me
Tough and Strong
I'm wrong...
Reflection...reflection...

跌倒了抬起头站起来继续往前冲
坚持...
勇往直前!

It's been 5 months, friends...
How are you guys doing up there?
Do you know whenever i go rowing on the weekends
The thought of you guys will come across my mind without fail.
Whenever i'm too shagged to row and about to give up
Jeremy's "Never Say Die" attitude, will keep me moving on
The training you guys had been through during your national training
were tougher than what i'm going through now
So there's no way for me to give up so easily
I just wanna say a big "thank you" to each and everyone of ya
to give me the motivation to go on
Be it in rowing or volleyball.
Bless me wherever you guys are...
Rest well in the arms of angel!

COMPLACENCY is DANGEROUS!!!
Often people will fall into the trap of complacency

And when things are beyond their control
They start to panic, mentally not stable and unforseen errors will start to occur.
To be a champion team
we have to...
Be DISCIPLINE
Be CONFIDENT
Be PHYSICALLY and MENTALLY strong
OVERCOME the fear in us
TRUST each other in the team
and most of all...
Have the right ATTITUDE!

A failure doesn't mean that's the end of the world
It's a lesson learnt each time when we fall
Learn from the mistakes and prevent it from happening again.
All things happen with a good will.

A fall will make a team grow stronger
if everyone holds on to each other and not let go
Never let go of anyone, never let go of yourself.

Went rowing this morning, feeling damn shagged now

June race is in another 2 more months but still can't get my strokes right. =(

Was quite shocked to see Adrian today to lead the team
The turn out was quite bad though

I swear to God that my arms were aching through out the training
Am glad that i managed to pull it through.

Never say die!!!
