世界唯一的我: Dishonest Cab Driver

I never know the taxi fare has increased so much compared to last year
Took a taxi back from Chinatown this afternoon
It was only a 4 minutes ride and the fare came out to S$7.30
Other than the taxi fare, there's another surcharge
Which is the City Area Charge (S$3)!!!
So it's S$4.30(taxi fare) + S$3 (CAC) = S$7.30
WOW!!! That's REALLY FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!
What's going on with all these increment?!
It's really absurd!!
*PISSED OFF*

And what pissed me even more is the lousy driver!!!
I hate drivers who are dishonest
I don't mind giving them a few more cents
But do they have to cheat for it?
I was on my way to Vivocity and when I got there
The fare was 5bucks exactly
so I gave him S$6 and waiting for him to give me back my change
While he was getting me my change, the fare jumped another 20cents
Which the fare now is S$5.20!
So he returned 80cents to me instead of a dollar
They are already earning so much and yet still want to be so dishonest!
I have gotten down the car number and lodged a complaint
I hope City Cab will give me a good explaination
And I'm also gonna demand back my 20 cents!
It's not about the money
just that i don't feel happy giving him that 20cents!
